At Glenmary Reserve Meats, it is our goal to provide the highest quality customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at email@example.com, and we will do our best to make right on the wrong. Due to our products being perishable, we do not accept returns.
We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS Priority Mail Express. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using ice packs and/or dry ice in an eco-friendly insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.
We currently ship orders on Tuesdays (holidays excluded). Orders received by midnight will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
