How is Glenmary Reserve Beef different from what I can buy at the grocery store?

Open tab

All Glenmary Reserve Beef is dry aged for 14-21 days for tenderness and flavor. The dry aging process ensures a flavorful and tender eating experience that we know won't disappoint! We also think it is important that you know exactly where your meat comes from and who cared for the animal during its life!

Is Glenmary Reserve Beef grass-fed?

Open tab

Our cattle are raised on grass and then finished with supplemental grains we raise ourselves during the final stages of their development. They are fed a ration formulated by a nutritionist to ensure they receive a balanced diet. To us, adding grain to their diet adds marbling and flavor to the beef that can't be beat!
