Beef in Bulk
Beef in Bulk!
Tired of going to the grocery stores and seeing bare shelves? Looking for a larger quantity of our delicious, family farm raised local beef? We are proud to offer mixed 1/4, half and whole beef portions that are available for LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. We are unable to ship this larger amount of beef, and we thank you for understanding.
Regardless of the amount of beef you purchase, every cut is processed and vacuum sealed at a USDA inspected facility!
IF WE DON'T HAVE mixed quarters, halves or whole beefs in stock, please note the general turnaround time for processing and delivery back to us is about four weeks.
Please email us at glenmaryreserve@gmail.com to find out what our currently availability is. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to current inventory, we will add you to our Glenmary Reserve Meats Bulk Beef Wait List and will contact you with the current status of turnaround times.
We require non-refundable deposits on all bulk beef purchases. Once you have placed your deposit, we will be in touch regarding processing and turnaround times. Once your beef has been delivered back to us, we will call to schedule a pick-up time and let you know what your remaining balanced owed is.

What is the Hanging Weight?
The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass before it has been aged, cut, packaged and frozen. This is NOT the actual amount of beef you will end up with. This pricing strategy is a common practice within our industry and it is how processors charge for their services. On average, a whole beef's hanging weight is typically around 850 pounds and you can expect about 50% of actual beef product from the hanging weight.

Do We Fill Out A Cut Sheet?
