We are excited to announce our new pricing structure for bulk beef. We are pleased to offer 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 beef options that are available for LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. We are unable to ship this larger amount of beef, and we thank you for understanding.

 Buying Bulk Beef can often times be confusing and we have tried to streamline this process to make it more simple. Please note these prices do not include tax.

A few important things to note: All of our roasts are cut to be 3-4 lbs. Ribeyes and NY Strip Steaks are cut 1.25 inches thick. Top Sirloin Steaks are cut to be 1 inch thick and Filet Mignon steaks are cut to be 1.5 inches thick.

Regardless of the amount of beef you purchase, every cut is processed and vacuum sealed at a USDA inspected facility!

Please email us at glenmaryreserve@gmail.com to find out what our currently availability is. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to current inventory, we will add you to our Glenmary Reserve Meats Bulk Beef Wait List and will contact you with the current status of turnaround times.

IF WE DON'T HAVE 1/8, 1/4 OR 1/2 Beefs in stock, please note the general turnaround time for processing and delivery back to us is about four weeks.

We require non-refundable deposits on all bulk beef purchases. Once you have placed your deposit, we will be in touch regarding processing and turnaround times. Once your beef has been delivered back to us, we will call to schedule a pick-up time and let you know what your remaining balanced owed is.
