Pork- A La Carte
We are excited to announce we are now offering Premium Duroc Pork! After numerous inquiries about if we sold pork, we decided to take the plunge and add pork to our lineup. The hogs were finished right on our farm, Glenmary Farm LLC.
Why Durocs? Duroc is a swine breed that is known for producing pork with exceptional marbling and a robust flavor!
Since this is our first pork offering, we were unsure of what to expect and decided to sell this first offering by the cut only. Assuming this goes well, we hope to continue to offer you high quality pork options in the future- even bulk pork orders.
